In compliance with Section 474 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), every Hong Kong Company must have a Company Secretary who is a Hong Kong Resident or a Body Corporate having its Registered Office or place of business in Hong Kong.

• Processing of requisite documents and submission of proper filings with the Companies Registry in relation to the Change of Particulars of Directors, Secretary, or Auditors;
• Change of Registered Office Address;
• Preparation of relevant Board Resolutions for distribution of dividends;
• Filing of Annual Return;
• Maintenance of the Company’s Significant Controller(s) Registry;
• Maintenance of the Company’s Statutory Records;
• Renewal of Business Registration Certificate; and
• Preparation of the Company’s Annual General Meeting Documents.
